Mission
The PHC-P Health Physics Section's core mission is to safeguard the health of service members, families, DoD beneficiaries, and the environment throughout the Indo-Pacific region from the effects of ionizing radiation. We provide a comprehensive suite of expert radiation safety services, including routine monitoring, training, emergency response capabilities, and proactive risk management, to minimize exposure and ensure regulatory compliance. Our efforts support force health protection, contribute to a medically ready force, and uphold the principles of One Health by fostering a safe, resilient environment.

PHC-P is dedicated to supporting the well-being of our personnel and the public, ensuring that every exposure is carefully managed and that health risks are proactively addressed. Through our vigilant approach to radiation protection, we aim to foster a safe, resilient environment for all who serve and those who support them. “ SERVING THOSE WHO SERVE”.
