Mission

Provide regionally aligned Army public health technical Subject Matter Expert support and quality assurance in industrial hygiene, epidemiological and disease surveillance, health physics, public health nursing, public health emergency management, and global health engagements in support of the One Health Concept throughout the Indo-Pacific. Provide Radiological Advisory Medical Team-Pacific world-wide response capability through the Health Physics Section.

Army Public Health Nursing

To provide regional reachback APHN SME support and mentorship, prompt guidance and support in response to a public health emergency or case/cluster of concern, and QA/QC through the MRC,P OIP, culminating in optimized FHP support to the Army communities across the AOR.

Health Physics

Provide regional level Public Health services in the Public Health Command-Pacific area of responsibility in order to ensure all Department of Defense stakeholders are protected from the occupational, environmental, and CBRN hazards of ionizing and non-ionizing radiation. Including health risk assessments, training, and technical assistance to units within the PHC-P area of responsibility.
