1SG Granados is currently the First Sergeant for Public Health Activity-Japan, a forward-based Battalion that delivers Veterinary Service Support to 56 US Forces Japan (USFJ) DoD installations and the U.S. 7th Fleet.
1SG Venise Aisle B. Granados was born in Quezon City, Philippines and raised in Belleville, NJ.
She entered the United States Army on 31 August 2004. She completed Basic Training at Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and Advanced Individual Training at Ft. Sam Houston, TX, where she graduated as the Distinguished Honor Graduate and was awarded the MOS 68R, Veterinary Food Inspection Specialist.
1SG Granados’ previous duty assignments include Food Inspection Specialist and Section NCOIC - Mid-Atlantic District Veterinary Command with duty at Norfolk, VA; Section NCOIC and Branch NCOIC - Japan District Veterinary Command with duty at Okinawa, Japan; Section/Veterinary Clinic NCOIC and Training/Operations NCOIC - Public Health Command District Ft. Belvoir with duty at Naval Station Newport, RI; Squad Leader / Platoon Sergeant - Warrior Transition Battalion at Joint Base San Antonio- San Antonio, TX; Detachment Sergeant and Clinical Operations NCO - 44th Medical Brigade at Ft. Bragg, NC; and Military Equal Opportunity Advisor - 3rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) at Ft. Bragg, NC.

She was also the recipient of the Colonel Clifford Walker Leadership Award in 2012.
1SG Granados is married to her wife, Jacqueline Ponce, and they have two Yorkshire Terriers, Simba and Zoey.
