The Public Health Command-Pacific Public Affairs Office coordinates community outreach activities by connecting Army leaders with the local community and developing relationships with organizations, businesses, teams and individuals who support our Soldiers, Families and Veterans.
To request a guest speaker, subject-matter expert, or other PHC-P asset, please complete a Community Relations Request Form and submit via email no less than 30 days prior to your event:

Please note: Participation in public programs can only be authorized when such support is in the best interests of the Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Army. DoD policies require that Armed Forces participation in public events be provided at no additional cost to the government.
Support for the event must not interfere with our mission or training programs. In all cases, operational commitments take priority and previously scheduled appearances may be cancelled on relatively short notice.
