We are a dedicated group of military and civilian veterinary professionals committed to providing quality and affordable veterinary care to family cats and dogs. Our primary mission is to ensure food health protection for our service members and Families and provide comprehensive veterinary care to military working dogs. We also strive to provide top notch veterinary care for the dogs and cats of our service members and Department of Defense civilians.

The Yokosuka Veterinary Treatment Facility can provide you with a list of English speaking off-base veterinarians should your pet’s medical condition exceed our capability.

 
Waiting Room Procedures
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Ensure that your pets are either on a leash or within a sturdy carrier.
 
Hospitalization
When admitting your pet for hospitalization, please be advised that the admission procedure will take at least 15 minutes and sometimes longer, so it is important that you plan accordingly. Pets having anesthesia or surgery must not have food for 12 hours before admission to the hospital. Check-in for surgeries, procedures, or other diagnostics is 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and pick-up is 3:30 p.m. -4 p.m.
