If you are PCSing, let us know as soon as possible so that we can get you on the right track to bringing your pet with you.

Even if you are not PCSing overseas you should still bring your pet in to ensure you have all the required documentation.

Some locations require six months or more lead time to mitigate/decrease terminal location quarantine (at owner’s expense).

We can answer questions about your specific PCS location and provide helpful references and resource material.

We do not accept cash or check payments as of 1 May 2014. Acceptable forms of payment are VISA/MASTERCARD/DISCOVER only.  Failure to pay for services at the requested time could result in a loss of clinic privileges for 6 months.

For safety reasons, all pets must be on leash or in a carrier at all times while in the facility.  If your pet is not on a leash, we will provide a slip leash at a cost.  It is the owners’ responsibility to maintain control of their pets at all times.

Canellations/No-Shows – We ask hat you give us at least 24 hours notice for all canellations.  Canellations less than 24 hours will be counted as a no-show.  We have a 3 strike policy on no-shows for regular appointments and a 1 stike policy for missed procedures.  If you fail to show up for a procedure or on your 3rd no-show we are obligated to notify your chain of command, and appointments will only be authorized when signed off on by your supervisor.

To purchase medications we have to have a client/patient relationship.  This means your pet needs to have been seen by a veterinarian at a military veterinary facility within the last 12 months.  We do ask that you give us 24 hours notice for prescription refills.  If you fail to pick up your refill within 7 days, the medication will be returned to stock.  We cannot accept returned items or issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Unfortunately, we do not offer emergency services at this time.  In an emergency we highly recommend that you seek the nearest available veterinary facility.

Due to military obligations, last minute cancellations, rescheduling and unexpected closings are possible.  We apologize in advance for any inconvienience this may cause.

You are responsible for your pet’s accidents, both in and around the clinic.  You  must clean up after your pet.  Paper towels and cleaning solutions a re available to you.

A $2.00 user fee will be charged for each transaction at the VTF in accordance with section 3302, title 31, United States Code (31 USC 3302).
